Cosy atmosphere, fast service and tasty food. Reasonably priced. Many non spicy menu items to choose from if spicy food is not your forte.

Nice place with good service and good food and tea. Very aesthetically relaxing after a long day too. What took the cake though was a couple with their kids having a full blown argument with the woman calling the man a terrible father and the man storming out saying he's not coming home tonight and the kids asking them to stop fighting. The restaurant kept playing very sad piano music as she sat alone with the check.

It's raining heavy out. I was wondering what I should eat to bring me out of the mood of the wet and dark evening. The one dish that I feel defines a Great Northern Chinese restaurant is how they cook a fish. Fish is precious in the northern Mountains. They cook them and present them with respect. The one fish dish to me that proof a Northern Chinese restaurant's worth is Braised Whole Tilapia with Chili Miso. Many cook it. You'll find this dish on most Chinese restaurants menu in NYC. But this dish at Plenty is authentic and I feel is the best in the city. Try the rest and then the one at Plenty. It's seriously great here.
